In this 15-minute free phone consultation we'll address any questions you may have. I will listen to your needs with kindness and guide you through my range of modalities, recommending a tailored session that best suits your wellbeing and healing journey. In-Person Reiki Sessions
A Reiki session is designed to balance your body's energy flow, activate your self-healing powers and promote deep relaxation from within. During your session you will lay on a treatment table, or if this is not possible for you, you can also sit on a chair. You will remain fully clothed during the entire session.
I will use gentle hand placements to channel Reiki healing energy, helping to release energy blockages, alleviate stress, enhance your vitality and connect with your inner peace.
A Reiki session includes: Brief guided meditation, mini sound bath, energetic Scan (jap. Byosen) and Reiki healing.

Remote Reiki Sessions
Reiki distant sessions are as effective as in-person sessions, and may be preferred by some clients. This option is also suitable for pets. I recommend setting aside a time and space when you can be quiet.
The appointment includes a pre and post session consultation via phone or video call.
